In order to protect our teachers and the valued work they do it is necessary for us to have a booking policy. All lessons are paid for in advance upon booking on our website. Payments for lessons will only be taken via our website's online booking system (we do not accept direct bank transfers, cash or cheques). We ask that you book your lessons for the whole month so you can secure your regular slot and we can know your availability in advance. If this isn’t possible for you to do, please contact us directly via email.

If you wish to cancel or reschedule a lesson, you must provide at least 24 hours notice. If 24 Hours notice is not given, you will not receive a credit/refund for the lesson. In the event that you cancel a lesson with more than 24 hours notice, you will receive a code to use next time you book. This is a code you can enter at our checkout when you next book lessons and will hold the same value as the cancelled lesson, allowing you to reschedule your cancelled lesson free of charge. We do not offer monetary refunds unless there are extenuating circumstances, this decision is at the discretion of Audacity Performing Arts Academy.

If a student does not arrive at their agreed lesson start time our teachers will make their best efforts to contact you (the parent/carer). If we can not get in touch with you, we will wait 15 minutes before the student is classed as a "No Show" and the lesson will not be refunded or rescheduled. This will not be applied to situations with extenuating circumstances such as medical emergencies, however please contact us in these events, otherwise a credit/refund may not be issued. In extenuating circumstances, we will reschedule your lesson free of charge, this decision is at the discretion of Audacity Performing Arts Academy.
